This year after we took the tree down we staked it up in the back yard and will use it to feed the birds during the winter. Claire really liked putting the seeds on the little bells we made and then we hung them on the tree outside! I noticed today it's time to make more as they are almost gone , but I have a hunch the squirrels are enjoying them more than the birds....
What cute pictures! I remember doing these with pine cones with Britney and Tina. It's fun watching the birds and squirrels, in our case ground hogs, enjoying the treats!

ReplyDeleteThanks for commenting on my blog about Rocky Wendy, I miss him dearly but I also realize it was his time. I still have my other poodle Baby and that's a big blessing. What have you been up to lately? I'm still stuck in the house with high winds and we actually had huge balls of hail today and then the sun came out.
